1. Dietary analysis 1-day food list & nutrient data printout
You will be required to log all nutrients ingested for 1 day (ideally, a day in which you eat
your typical diet) into a diet analysis program (https://cronometer.com/ and
https://happyforks.com/ are free to use). Make sure to include specific quantities and
include all fluids, condiments and supplements ingested. Your assignment should include
the items listed below. To submit your assignment, you will need to cut and paste the
reports into a Word or PDF document and submit it in Blackboard under the “Diet
Analysis Assignment” tab. NOTE: If you have access to another FULL nutrient analysis, use
it! (please let me know which one, as I am always looking for more resources for the
course)
a) The food list for the 1 day of data collected (1 combined printout)
a. Click “Reports/nutrition report” à This should contain the profile, food list and complete
nutrient report from the “diary” selection à PRINT/SAVE this full report of your nutrient
intake average across the 3 days of food record
b. On Cronometer you can simply “print or save as a pdf”
