2: Week 5 Discussion
Analyze current trends within your employment setting or clinical setting. Identify aspects of complex patient needs that require early thinking and clinical judgment to decrease cost associated with supply over usage. Discuss how your organization informs cost of medical treatment and supplies to the employees.
Discussion Submission Instructions
This discussion requires one (1) initial post (IP) and two (2) reply posts (RPs). These posts will be assessed according to the NUR 225 Discussion Grading Rubric.
For your one (1) initial post:
Click Start a New Thread, and enter the title and content of your post in the appropriate boxes. Click Post when you are ready to submit.

Your initial post must be at least 250-300 words in length.
Your initial post is due on 11:55 PM Eastern Time on Thursday of this week.
Your initial post requires the use of at least one (1) outside source with citation and reference to support your discussion. Your citation and reference must be formatted using APA Style.
For your two (2) reply posts:
Read all of your colleagues’ initial posts. Click the Reply to Thread link underneath the title of the ones you wish to respond to.
Your reply posts must be at least 150-200 words in length.
Your reply posts are due on 11:55 PM Eastern Time on Sunday of this week.
