Literature Review: Part 2 – Theological Framework Assignment Instructions
Overview
As a student of Liberty University’s Rawlings School of Divinity, you are to research and write within a biblical and theological framework. Your literature review in Chapter 2 of your dissertation is to display such a biblical and theological perspective. The Christian researcher understands that all truth stems from our Lord. Therefore, it is appropriate to articulate a strong biblical and theological foundation in your literature review.
Instructions
You will write a draft of your theological framework for your literature review. This segment is part of the requirements of a Chapter 2 literature review for a dissertation in the Christian Leadership Doctoral Programs, as described in the Program Handbook: RESEARCH PROCESS (DISSERTATION HANDBOOK) section.
Include citations from strong biblical and theological sources. Consider building a logical framework to undergird your topic. You must avoid sermonizing within this paper, or simply offering multiple Scripture references without further citations from outside sources. This part of the draft should be a minimum of 8 pages (double-spaced), with at least 10 academic-quality sources (both used with in-text citation and included in a reference page). The draft needs to be reviewed for spelling, grammar, flow of thought, and current APA style prior to submission.
