Although your answer should focus more on the operational aspects (Logistics Drivers and service), you may include others (e.g., CrossFunctional Drivers) that you deem to be relevant. Lecture 4 Distribution Network Design and Lecture 5 Transportation in Distribution Networks, are most relevant to this assignment. In your recommendations, you should include the following:

• Likely advantages and disadvantages of the TaaH concept in your answer. Highlight the likely trade-offs faced by TCC involving the concept.
• Additional features and improvements that can be incorporated by TCC in the concept.

• How best to integrate the TaaH concept into TCC’s distribution network and delivery methods (e.g., automated parcel lockers and collection points)

• How TCC can reconfigure the network to better align with the TaaH concept, given TCC’s intention to reconfigure its network.
