Assessment Detailed structure:
The assessment is broken down in two parts
Part 1: You need to create an infographic for the project to explain difficult concepts and/or break down complex information and make it easier to understand.
The infographic you are required to design and submit needs to provide a clear overview of your selected project, including the following pieces of information:
The business justification and stakeholder need for the project;
The list of requirements of the project and the project objectives;
A brief statement about the scope of the project;
A list of deliverables and basic timeline and due dates;
Defined roles and responsibilities within the project;
You will be assessed on your clarity of information communication, as well as your creativity in achieving this.
Part 2: This part of the assessment expects you to write an academic report reflecting upon the project you saw in the video and discuss what were the requirements (scope), how the project was managed, what the risk challenges were, what future project managers can learn from this project (at least 3 lessons learnt) and determine whether the project was managed effectively or not, in terms of both product delivery and project management.
