This report is a case study for a chosen public company, in my case IBM. 
It should contain the following sections: 
1. Introduction: This should include the objective of the study, a brief overview of the company, and an introduction to the areas of HRM being analyzed. 
2. Company Overview: Review of the company’s history, culture, and structure. 
3. HRM Strategy and Practices: 
– Area 1: People & Culture, 
– Area 2: Employee Engagement, Turnover and Retention, 
– Area 3: Talent Acquisition, Recruitment process & Selection, 
– Area 4: Training and Development, 
– Area 5: Performance Management. 
– Area 6: Anything else you might seem is relevant for the Case Study Company. 
4. Challenges and Opportunities: Identification of key HR challenges and opportunities. 5. Recommendations: Realistic, actionable recommendations tied to the identified challenges/opportunities. 
6. Conclusion: Reiteration of findings and recommendations tying everything together
