– Area 3: Talent Acquisition, Recruitment process & Selection,
– Area 4: Training and Development,
– Area 5: Performance Management.
– Area 6: Anything else you might seem is relevant for the Case Study Company.
4. Challenges and Opportunities: Identification of key HR challenges and opportunities. 5. Recommendations: Realistic, actionable recommendations tied to the identified challenges/opportunities.
6. Conclusion: Reiteration of findings and recommendations tying everything together
