**Secure an Internship:** I plan to secure an internship in a reputable health services organization. This will provide practical experience and help build professional networks in the field. I will begin by updating my resume, attending career fairs, and leveraging UCF’s career services for internship opportunities.
**Medium-Term Goals (within the next 5 years)**
**Graduate with Honors:** Within the next three years, I aim to graduate with honors from UCF. This goal requires maintaining a high GPA and completing all degree requirements on time. I will meet regularly with my academic advisor to ensure I am on track.
**Gain Professional Certifications:** In the next five years, I plan to earn certifications relevant to the health services field, such as Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) or Project Management Professional (PMP). These certifications will enhance my qualifications and increase my employability.
