Write your paper comparing and contrasting each program. Include the following elements in your paper:
A detailed description of each program (including APA citations and references as to where you found the information)
Goals, successes, and failures of each program
Your conclusion about which program you think would be most effective in treating and rehabilitating juvenile delinquents
Include a summary of what you might do to improve the program even more
