Subsequently, create three distinct scenarios (optimistic, pessimistic, and most likely) based on the identified drivers. Each scenario should include a detailed narrative describing the potential future state of the business context, considering the interplay of the key drivers.

For each scenario, analyze the potential impacts on the business, including risks and opportunities.

Explain how an agile mindset can help your chosen business navigate the uncertainties and changes described in your scenarios. Recommend agile approaches and strategies. Identify and describe at least two agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Lean) that could be applied to manage the business effectively in each scenario. Provide specific examples of how these frameworks can be implemented to enhance agility and responsiveness in your context. Discuss the role of collaboration and effective communication in fostering an agile culture in your business context.
