    • To address this, you are tasked with holding a team briefing where you will: 
      • Emphasize the importance of inclusivity and equity. 
      • Propose strategies for creating a respectful, collaborative environment.
      • Outline steps for addressing implicit biases or barriers to inclusivity within the team.
  2. Develop Your Briefing Using PowerPoint: 
    • Create a Slide Deck: Prepare a concise PowerPoint presentation (5 slides) that highlights key points of your briefing. Each slide should convey strategies for inclusivity, addressing hierarchy, and conflict resolution. 
    • Inclusivity Focus: Include slides that discuss strategies to ensure all team members feel respected and valued regardless of role or background. Examples include establishing communication ground rules, fostering open dialogue, and encouraging equal input from each team member. 
    • Addressing Hierarchy and Bias: Outline actions to minimize perceived professional hierarchy and address any biases hindering open communication. 
    • Conflict Resolution: Propose methods for resolving misunderstandings or conflicts that may arise, ensuring that resolutions are equitable and recognize each role’s contributions.

    • Submit a brief written reflection (100 words) on how preparing this briefing enhanced your understanding of inclusivity and team equity. Mention insights gained on handling team dynamics that contribute to patient-centered care.
