Individual Assignment (50%)

–    You are required to choose an organization and discuss how its HRM policies and practices help it to be competitive in the market.

–    You are expected to use and apply relevant definitions, concepts and theories delivered in the module and collect real-world data for those topics.

–    Following APA referencing style is mandatory for this assignment.

–    Any industry/organization can be chosen. You DO NOT need to justify your chosen organization.

–    Word Count: 1500 words +/- 10%, excluding the table of contents/figures/cover page of the assignment (e.g., declaration form, student’s ID, name of the module, lecturer’s name) and the reference list. The assignment’s word count MUST be admitted by the student on the cover page.

• Using artificial intelligence (AI) equals to cheating. You must write the assignment without using AI. Any AI/Plagiarism score above 20% will be reported to academic misconduct committee for decision making.
• The assignment should be double-spaced, in a 14-size font throughout, using either Times New Roman font. It must have a clear table of content, the pages should be numbered, and the margins should not be less than 1 inch on all sides.
• The assignment must also include introduction, body, recommendation, conclusion and references sections.

6. Ensure the assignment is double-spaced, 14-point Times New Roman font, with at least 1-inch margins, page numbers, and a clear table of contents.
7. Include introduction, body, recommendation, conclusion, and references sections.
