NS6036 Assignment Title
Identify a research/review question related to an area of interest in clinical practice. Develop a research/review proposal that includes details of the justification for the study, research/review aims, objectives and research/review question, proposed research/review methodology, data collection, data analysis and ethical considerations (if appropriate).

Option 2 Research Proposal Assessment Guidelines
For this assessment you are required to develop a research proposal. A research proposal is a document that describes the background, rationale, objectives, design, methodology, statistical considerations, and organization of a clinical research project (WHO, 2018).
You will not be doing the research study you are writing a robust plan for same.
Identify a researchable question related to an area of interest in clinical practice. Develop a research proposal that includes details of the justification for the study, research aims, objectives and research question, proposed research methodology, data collection, data analysis and ethical considerations (if appropriate).
Introduction
The introduction is concerned with introducing the topic. Here an overview of the key concepts under discussion is provided. Operational definitions of terms must be defined. The introduction should also succinctly introduce the reader to the layout of the assignment, which should be presented in a logical and structured approach to ensure clarity and ease of reading.
The work must demonstrate critical engagement with relevant literature. The scope of the literature must be comprehensive and provide sufficient justification for the research study. Concepts and terminologies must be clearly defined. Consistencies, gaps and contradictions in the literature should be critically discussed and include the methodology of studies reviewed. This section must conclude by identification of the research question.
