In this section you should:
- Evaluate the current effectiveness of Netflix’s Human Resource Management (HRM) strategy and practices as presented in the case.
- Identify any potential problems, weaknesses, or risks associated with Netflix’s current HR approach, and explain why these issues may need to be addressed.
- Consider the strategic significance of these issues i.e., what might be the implications for Netflix’s future performance, competitiveness, and sustainability if these challenges are not managed effectively?
- This section should act as the introduction to your work, and as such you do not need a separate introduction.
2) Diagnosis and analysis (indicative wordcount 600 words)

- Draw on relevant theory and literature from the module to diagnose and the causes of the HRM problems in the case and critically analyse the implications for Netflix’s future performance, competitiveness, and sustainability.

- Your recommendations should include reference to relevant literature and theory.
- Avoid using a bullet list in this section and provide a detailed explanation of the recommendations you have identified.
Presenting your work
