For this assignment, you will create a blog entry/post in which you will take on the role of a leader in your profession or of someone offering guidance to help a friend or family member understand the importance of avoiding fallacies in their reasoning. Consider posts or blog entries you may have read on LinkedIn or other similar sources which address the significance of understanding fallacies and how this understanding may help better prepare us for conversations and decisions in our professional and personal lives.

This assignment requires a minimum of 500 words for the blog post regarding common fallacies you observe in your personal and professional lives.
In your blog post, address the following components:
- What are three common fallacies of relevance you have observed on the news, in advertisements, or on social media?
- Include two examples to demonstrate how you have seen these fallacies used.
- Think about conversations with colleagues at work, family, and friends.
- How does using these fallacies impede civil conversations?
- What are some steps friends and family can use to become better critical thinkers? Include at least two examples of actions/steps individuals can take to become more effective critical thinkers and communicators.
- Consider the significance of applying critical thinking skills in your daily personal and professional life.

- What do you think others can learn from your experiences regarding the benefits of using creative thinking in your personal or professional life?
