Please produce a 2,500-word report, which provides the following, for a member of the senior leadership team who leads on HR strategy within your selected multinational organisation:

A critical evaluation of TWO Talent Management strategies and/or policies within your chosen organisation.  How would you improve on the chosen Talent Management strategies and/or policies within your chosen organisation?How would you evaluate the performance of the chosen Talent Management strategies and/or policies that you recommend?Consider Ethical approaches within each of the above sections.

Provide a suitable cover page, executive summary, and contents page.Provide a Working Title of the issue being researched.Introduction and rationale/justification of the chosen organisation – (c.250 words) – keep description of the company minimal but outline the organisational context. Explain the aims and structure of the report. Place your work very briefly in the context of previous literature and lecture/seminar material on the topic here.Main body: (2,000 words)Literature review including some of the key areas/ debates/ questions you are addressing around Talent Management in your organisation. Here you will discuss the relevant theories, frameworks and literature with regards to your organisation’s issues around Talent Management policies and practices.The main Talent Management issues you are looking at in your chosen organisation. The issues can focus either on any two strategies that your chosen organisation takes up or any two policies they put in place OR a combination of both (e.g. one strategy and one policy). Also, consider the broader factors e.g. economic, social, labour market. Discussion of these challenges/issues by applying the relevant bits of literature reviewed. (see point 7 below)Relevant strategic recommendations for your organisation in the context of the challenges identified.Relevant evaluation strategies in relation to the proposed recommendations – so how will you measure your suggestions/recommendations (how will you know that they have worked/are working).Conclusion – (c. 250 words) a summary of the report content and concluding remarks.Academic references – journal articles/current and focused on debates around your specific issues.
