Group Project – 3 students per group.
Assume the following for JMMB Group Limited:
The company wants to issue 100,000,000 ordinary stock units at no par value for cash to members of the public in Jamaica and Turks and Caicos in the last week of June 2025. This is in addition to the JMMB stocks listed on Jamaica Stock Exchange. The funds will be used to facilitate the bank’s expansion to Turks and Caicos.
Required: Prepare a prospectus for the issue of 100,000,000 ordinary stock units.
