Procedure
Develop a plan and timeline for the WHS systems documentation audit it must be approved by facilitator before goes further. The facilitator will provide details of the workplace you will be visiting and have discussed it with manager.Arrange appointment with WHS manager at workplace and discuss plan with manager and assessor both. Aware of the alterations according to time and availability. Evidence can be a meeting minutes. Discuss the quality systems frameworks that the organisation have and its impact on WHS system.Perform the audit using documents provided by manager and any area of work you may visit.Develop the audit checklist and ensure it evaluate WHS system in line with organisation quality systems framework and check it with assessor and workplace WHS manager.Evaluate the result of audit by providing summaries wherever required. Plan actions for an problem that might occurs. Ensure that you do hazard identification for each of the stages that will be involved in this changes to workplace. Suggest method for communicating the findings to managers and employees.Present audit report to WHS manager.

There is large amount of WHS data in workplace which is useful for variety of areas. As a effective manager you must be able to summarise and analyse variety of WHS data and also identify trends and suggest possible actions to address any issue arising from the data.
Procedure
Read carefully all the given WHS data.Summarise the data using tables and graphs. For example you may consider calculating and graphs for Lost Time Injury Frequency , Average Time Lost Rate.Analyse trend and patterns within data.Use this patterns to deal with any identified WHS issues.Compile a report comprising step 2-4Ask your facilitator for further clarification.
