Attaching paper already written, received feedback from the Professor and there are some things missing- The paper needs to be pursavive- convincing leaders that this change needs to happen. The paper needs to start off with addressing the CEO or CNO of the hospital. The paper also has to include 2 internal competencys which are resources from the book.
