Briefly introduce your test development project to the class. Then, present at least 3 test items relevant to your test. Discuss the challenges in developing test items. My choices: The Eating Disorder, Stress, and Anxiety Scale or anything that you think can go great.
Here is an example:  The Depression, Anxiety, and Stress Scale (DASS-21; Lovibond & Lovibond, 1995)
The Depression, Anxiety, and Stress Scale (DASS-21; Lovibond & Lovibond, 1995) – Alternative Formats
is a 21-item instrument that assesses stress, depression, and anxiety symptoms (hence its name!).  The first item is: I found it hard to wind down. The response format is a four-point Likert scale, and respondents indicate the degree to which that statement was true of them in the past week.
In responses for at least two classmates, provide a constructive critique of their test items, taking into consideration the specific information provided in this week’s readings. Note any cultural factors that may be present. Note that a constructive critique includes pointing out the strengths and weaknesses of the test items.
Be specific in your response. Include concepts from your readings and at least two scholarly sources. Be sure to give appropriate credit to your sources (e.g., APA style citations and references). Your initial post is due on Wednesday. A minimum of three responses to classmates on at least two days of the week is required. The discussion closes on Sunday; responses are not accepted after that point.
