Capstone idea: Healthcare access for immigrant/refugees populations in NC. Possibly working with the Carolina Refugee Settlement Agency and/or the Immigrant Health Access Project at UNCG. Possibly conduct interviews for more information. There is some data available. on website 
students will demonstrate their ability to design, implement and evaluate a health promotion program related to their internship experience. Your proposal will expand an existing program of the agency you worked with. It can also introduce a new program.
You will accomplish this task through the development of a grant proposal to the Kate B. Reynolds Foundation. We are using an older version of their grant making proposals, not so much to give you experience writing a grant, but instead for you to showcase your skills related to health promotion process critical to public health. 
Each question should be numbered per application guidelines.
Make sure you respond to each part of the question.
