· The U.S growth model is designed for a skilled workforce through education or training, but instead of funding this type of workforce the government has placed the burden on the student. By evaluating this model, you will see that the privatization of education has fractured the growth model due to the heavily driven debt culture. Education is supposed to close the gap in wealth but one privatized it has done the opposite. If the U.s wants a skilled workforce, they should foot the bill or assist more with the repayment.
· Talk about the skilled workforce and understanding what goes into building the workforce. Include a brief overview of Fordism to post Fordism conversation and the debt culture from the book or extra source.
Literature Review
America is historically debt driven/America’s history with debt: (1-2 journal articles or book source)
· Debt and credit: understanding the concept of how debt works.
· Understanding of loan lending.
· Add how being a debt driven country furthers the root cause of the gap in wealth in the economy.

· Privatization of education is not just post-secondary, it is prek-12. This is important because it affects the quality of education, and it undermines the welfare system by making education a corporation.
