1. Assess the impact of globalisation at Prime Reach Care, linking this to the potential for it to enhance its processes for sourcing medical staff from overseas into hard-to-recruit posts. (AC 1.1)

2. Critically evaluate how far and in what ways future technological developments will be able to reduce staff costs at Prime Reach Care over the next five years, whilst maintaining or improving service levels. (AC 1.2)
