Objectives:- 

This assessment evaluates student’s ability to:

1. Have consistent practice on 2 chosen Positive Interventions.
2. Write a meaningful individual reflection on the effectiveness of these Positive Intervention on the self.

Instructions:

1. Student will work individually for this assessment.
2. Choose any 2 Positive Interventions to practice and record 7 consecutive days of each of these 2 interventions (please refer to Annex A for the description of the interventions). The dates of both interventions cannot overlap.
a) Mindfulness Meditation
b) Random Acts of Kindness.
c) Savouring Journal
d) Gratitude Journaling

Project Specifications
1. Complete an individual reflection on Power Point slides.
2. Please include the following areas. You may add on more of your own questions /reflections.Reflections on Power point Slides

A. A separate literature review for each of these 2 interventions.
1. Please do your own research/consult your Lecturers on how to conduct a
literature review
2. Minimum of 3 credible articles, per intervention.

B. Elaborate on the reason(s) why you chose these 2 interventions and one area of your life you hoped to improve with these interventions.
C. Three challenges and three successes that you faced in carrying out each of these interventions.
D. Out of the 2 chosen interventions, which was the more effective intervention for you and why.
E. A properly considered plan on/ schedule of how you are going to continue
practicing your chosen intervention.
