Use the same case that you began to analyze in part 1 with assessment of:

1. medical indications
2. patient preferences

Segment 2 will continue your assessment with inclusion of:  3. quality-of-life considerations   4. contextual features Segment 2 will also include an organized problem-solving section that: 

1. defines the ethical problem(s)
2. identifies three or more alternatives
3. evaluates each of the options, and
4. makes a justified recommendation.

 Segment 2 should also be no more than 3 pages in length.
