organization
with the specific job you analyzed. (Equinor – Crude oil operator)
The question – 1.    
Motivation: How does your SME’s supervisor (or your SME, if he/she is in a leadership
role) motivate his/her subordinates? What motivation theory best seems to apply? How
would you use the expectancy theory to increase employee motivation?
This paper should function as an objective
analysis
(i.e., not based on your opinion) grounded in material from the class,
textbook, and the I/O
psychology literature, including at least 1 I/O peer-reviewed journal articles.
That is, your theoretical
justification should be backed up by scientific research, which can be found in relevant
