You are required to produce a 3000-word (+/- 10%) individual essay based on the following:

Hospitality services are vital to destination planning for development and/or regeneration and their introduction can lead to changes in policy approaches. In addition, they can bring with them opportunities and challenges in relation to hospitality destination planning and management.

In this essay you are to discuss and critically analyse the importance of the appropriate implementation of hospitality services in destinations and what issues could occur if planning for development and/or regeneration has not been thought through in a sustainable and holistic manner and fails to consider the long-term benefits to destinations.

Please remember that you are expected to use underpinning theory to support your arguments and to establish a critical discussion.
