In the first paragraph, please introduce the overall concept of analyzing people from different cultures from your own. In the next paragraph, please detail your collected perceptions about people from different cultures. Write about your perceptions in the past as compared to your perceptions today and give very specific examples of your perceptions. Think about the reasons why people do and/or do not consider other peoples’ perceptions. Please arrive at a minimum of four reasons. If you use external sources such as websites, articles, or books, please be sure to cite your sources in the current APA Style. External sources are not required, but are welcomed. In the next four paragraphs, describe those reasons that people do and/or do not consider peoples’ perceptions from different cultures from their own. Please be sure to give specific examples. In the next paragraph, please reflect back even more and write about some ways people in organizations can effectively consider peoples’ perceptions that differ from their own. In the last, and final, paragraph of this Directed Reflection Paper, please write a concluding paragraph that sums up the purpose of the paper and your main points.
