Minor Project 2: AI Exploration and Critical Analysis

  • Objective: To experiment with AI tools, such as ChatGPT, and critically analyze how AI can support your business or process improvement while recognizing its limitations and the importance of validating AI-generated insights with credible sources.
  • Instructions:
    1. AI Experimentation: Use ChatGPT or another AI tool to generate insights or suggestions for your business idea or process improvement. For example, ask the AI to provide business strategies, customer personas, or process improvement suggestions based on your initial project description.
    2. Critical Analysis of AI’s Output: Critically evaluate the AI’s responses. Where were the suggestions useful, and where did they fall short? Reflect on how emotional intelligence and leadership principles from Head & Heart should inform your decisions beyond AI’s data-driven insights.
    3. Data Verification: Emphasize the importance of data verification by identifying credible sources to validate or challenge the AI-generated insights. Remember: “We trust God; all others must bring data.” Discuss how you can use research, data, and other credible sources to refine your business strategy.
    4. Personalization and Strategy Adjustment: Based on your analysis, modify or adjust the AI-generated suggestions to create a strategy that is uniquely yours, combining data, AI, emotional intelligence, and business strategy principles from Business Made Simple.
