My last job was working in a warehouse and it was two repetitious and made for long days doing the same thing over and over.

What are your strength?

I have many strengths, a few of my strengths are that I can listen well to others, I’m good at finding ways to fix problems/issues, I don’t interrupt and follow up with good questions, and I am attentive.

            2.  What are your weaknesses?

My weaknesses would be that I am big hearted and compassionate,. I tend to relate and transfer my experiences with others.

3. What did you like least about your last job?

My last job was working in a warehouse and it was two repetitious and made for long days doing the same thing over and over.

 4 Why are you leaving your present job?

 I am leaving my present job and hopes to better. My career and be able to become financially secured and provide a better life for my family and myself.

           5.  What were the responsibilities of your last position?

My responsibilities were to complete inventory, stock, package, load in and load trucks and train new employees.

  6. When were you most satisfied in your job?

 I am most satisfied when I am able to complete any task successfully and when my good work is acknowledged and appreciated.

7. What was the most difficult period of your life and how did you deal with it?

When I was 17 I was in a serious near fatal accident that resulted in me being in a coma for 2 weeks having 8 surgeries before waking up. And 14 surgeries in total, paralyzed from the neck down for 8 months and then the waste down for an additional 5 months. Being told I may never walk again was very discouraging and it was a hard pill to swallow at first. It took a lot of patience and determination for me to realize that I don’t back down from my challenge and I am not a quitter. The more they told me I wouldn’t be able to walk the more determined I was to show them I could. And after 15 months of being paralyzed and many, many times of being found lying in the middle of the room In attempt to get around myself, I was able to go to my doctor checked up stand up on my own and walk across the office unassisted.

8. How would you describe your workstyle?

I am an attentive leader that works hard at finishing task properly and completely, and I’m always willing to learn.

   9. How do you want to improve yourself in the next year?

I would like to be able to prove my value as an asset and secure me a position within this organization.

 10. What do you do in your spare time?

I like spending my spare time at this point in my life with my kids. And anything involving a body of water whether it be the river, a lake, or the beach.

Tell me about yourself.  I am a go-getter. I challenge myself to achieve success in my endeavors. I can be spontaneous, posed, and flexible, and function well within a cohesive work environment.
When were you most satisfied in your job? When I am able to do the job well, timely, and satisfactorily to my supervisor and the higher-up administration.
Can you describe a time when your work was criticized? As a staff nurse, I was required to report off to the oncoming nurse accepting the continued care of my patients.  My supervisor was present when I gave a report to my relief nurse and I verbally ingeminated the care and interventions, along with any team associations from other healthcare specialties involved in my patient?s care over my 8-hour shift.  The supervisor criticized my practice and called it “shooting from the hip? and instructed me that regardless of how well I was able to recall facts concerning the patient I should write down and reference notes when giving a report to assure that nothing is missed.
Tell me about a time when you had to give someone difficult feedback. How did you handle it?   The feedback was would be difficult because I was not confident about how it would be received., initially, I gave it some thought and added consideration in thinking how would I feel or react to the feedback and delivered it in a manner of consideration and used choice words as to avoid being misconstrued in facilitating what I meant to convey.

What is your greatest failure, and what did you learn from it? Maintaining my health as a healthcare provider, I allowed my feelings of compassion to distract my true purpose and ended up actually being a patient in the very hospital where I had , as a nurse, provided care

 6.  What salary are you seeking?  I am seeking a competitive wage valued by my knowledge, skills, and experience.  I am willing to undergo a 30-day work evaluation to show my skills and knowledge and how much of an asset I will be to the company

How would you go about establishing your credibility quickly with the team?  By demonstrating that I am a team player.  My actions of initiation to assist when I see the need or when asked for assistance.
Tell me about your proudest achievement.  The confidence to return back to college after a 10-year siesta and achieve the success of completing my degree no matter how long it took.
What is your personal mission statement?  To live my best life as I mindfully consider my fellow man, environment, and purpose for my life.
