Next, you are going to incorporate a change management theory into your project. Why? Incorporating a change theory will help you to identify and plan for possible resistive forces that work against the change while also identifying and working to encourage driving forces that will aid in making the change. It is a good foundation and place to start. See chapter 8 in your textbook for theories you might select for this change.  **** ( My Change Project topic is Workplace Violance against Nurses)
STEP ONE: Determine which change management theory you wish to use (see Ch 8 of the textbook).
STEP TWO: Identify the theory – write a couple paragraphs about the basic tenets of the theory you selected. You can use your textbook as a reference for this.
STEP THREE: Apply the theory directly to your change project. How will you complete each step or address each principle of the theory in your project? Review chapters 12 and 13 of your textbook to assist you with this section.
STEP FOUR: Add an introduction and conclusion paragraph for the assignment if it is an essay or a summary slide if it is a PPT presentation.
Identify the change management theory most appropriate for this problem and discuss the principles related to the change management theory and identify how these are associated with the change project.    ( Workplace Violence agianst Nurses).
