Determine the link between the program and Social Disorganization Theory. Present at least one possible ethical issue with each program. Propose a policy that would help avoid the ethical conflict for each program. Support the writing with at least four sources to support your writing. Choose sources that are credible, relevant, and appropriate. Cite each source listed on your source page at least one time within your assignment.
