Include your signed and dated dissertation/thesis approval form in your dissertation file. It typically appears immediately after your title page.
Typically, Roman numerals (ii, iii, iv, v, etc. ) are used for the introductory pages of a and Arabic numerals (1, 2, 3, etc.) are used for the main body of your dissertation, starting with Chapter 1. Please check your required style guide for verification and make the appropriate changes as you see fit.
If you have re-numbered the introductory pages of your dissertation, please edit the table of contents to reflect the new pagination. Make sure to review and revise your table of contents as the alignment of your page numbers is currently off and it includes a number of error messages throughout. Error! Bookmark not defined.
