Please Put yourself in my shoes and try to imagine this Scenario.
You need to write a refection report answering the following questions separately:
1- External Environment scanning/analysis (with a focus on Industry analysis) is a very critical functionin developing strategy, and its periodic modification. Briefly explain your understanding of this statement (150 words).
2- Think of yourself, your current job, and your long-term career goals. Briefly explain how you would apply the ‘environmental analysis concept’ to develop a strategy for you to get to your ultimate long-term career destination (150 words)?
(My current job is employee service in a government organization who let their employees promoted after a specific amount of time, and during that time, I’ll take use of my position working in an office that approves housing rent for employees to make connections and learn about real estate and housing. By doing so, I will be able to attain my career goals and advance in my current position.)
Relate these goals and other long-term career goals to the vision of my country (UAE). And guess the future of my job.. Think out of the box (big picture)..
