For this week’s Assignment, select one topic from throughout the entire course that interests you.  For example, you could select Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, Not Guilty By Reason of Insanity, Incompetency to Proceed, Sexual Offense Management, etc.  Feel free to be as broad (e.g. psychosis) or specific (eg, malingering in Competency to Proceed evaluations) as you choose.
Remember, a case study is one subject.  For example, I choose to select schizophrenia to  as my topic.  
The case study should include both 1) a brief review of the construct or phenomenon of interest (eg schizophrenia), as well as 2) a review of the case study individual.  You should demonstrate both a knowledge of the phenomenon, as well as explain how the case study demonstrates the phenomenon.  In other words, don’t just “tell me a story” about the case study, rather explain how the case study illustrates the construct or phenomenon.
