For this assignment, you are required to individually produce and submit a professionally presented management report of 2,500 words about your selected organisation operations, addressing Tasks 1 and 2 below:

TASK 1

Your Manager asked you to create a report for the Board of Directors at your selected organisation. This reports must critically evaluate ANY TWO of the below operations areas by discussing the main theories / concepts / frameworks in each area AND then apply them by discussing real and complex examples from your selected organisation:
