Select one type of presentation method to briefly summarize your project: one-page PowerPoint slide, Canva, google slide, etc. Be creative! This is a display of the work you have completed. You will upload your completed QI project presentation here and a copy of the image to the dissemination discussion board.

Be sure to include the following sections on your presentation/poster: 
Title of Project
Name
Introduction – Brief description of the problem, national/safety organization, aim statement, team members (title/roles from concept map)
Evidence – List at least two scholarly articles in proper APA 7th edition format
Tools & Measures – Display your fishbone diagram, state the change you selected from the diagram and in 1-2 sentences explain why, and list your project measures (outcomes, process, balancing)
Methods – PDSA cycle – List Plan, Do, Study, Act with 1-2 sentences describing each step
Implications for practice – Explain the next steps for the project. Will you continue to monitor the results? For how long? What are the expected outcomes? How will this impact staff? What are your key considerations (ethics/safety/technology/regulations)? What needs to happen moving forward?
