The changing ways of thinking about the world that are critical for managers are an important perspective as you will be contrasting your personal style of leadership and management which are related but different.
The management side should focus on monitoring results, comparing them with goals, and correcting deviations. In contrast, the leadership side of the same activity should focus on energizing people to overcome bureaucratic hurdles to help reach goals.
