The assignment presents an opportunity to reflect on the power of focus and how it can be incorporated into effective decision-making and leadership for more impactful outcomes.
Author an essay in APA format detailing the positive impact that “Focus” can have on the decision-making of the leader. In your writing, please define what focus is, the potential benefits, and the potential hazards if it is not used properly. Identify an area where you need to apply the power of focus to enhance your work efforts.
For the Complete Unit, there is not a word count limit, per se, but there is a word count minimum of 1,400 words (without a title or reference page) that should serve as a guide. You are certainly able to write more than the minimum, but I know it helps to have these as a baseline. I will still be analyzing for the quality of answers through evidence of critical thinking and answering all parts of all questions. Make sure to answer all questions and all parts. Also remember to include at least three scholarly sources to support your presented contentions in narrative, paragraph, third person consultant point-of-view format.
