Watch one television episode or movie and identify and describe one interpersonal conflict that was not handled effectively. Based on what you have learned Adler, et al, (2020), write a two-three page paper explaining why the conflict was not handled effectively and describe the strategies that could have been used to resolve this conflict. You must cite the textbook and one other source. Be sure to focus on one particular interpersonal conflict and not the television show as a whole.

The paper should be formatted in the following manner:

Description of an Interpersonal Conflict That Was Not Handled Correctly

Explanation of Why the Conflict Was Not Handled Effectively

Use the Text and Another Source to Analyze the Conflict and Highlight Specific Communication Strategies

Explanation of What Could Have Been Done Differently

Conclusion

In addition, the paper:

Must be 500-750 words in length (not including title and references pages) and created in APA format.

Must include a separate title page with the following:

Title of paper

Student’s name

Course name and number

Instructor’s name

Date submitted

The paper must include a clear introduction and conclusion. The thesis should be at the end if the introduction paragraph and forecast the direction of the paper. The conclusion should provide a recap.

Must include a separate references page that is formatted according to APA Style.
