Research Project: Research Paper
The Research Paper Project should include the following and be 10-15 pages in length:
• An introduction to your inquiry:
o What topic are you researching?
o What age group are you focusing upon?
o Why are you interested in this topic?
o Why is this topic an important topic to study?
• An overview of the research available
o Discuss and overview in-depth, relevant theories/theorists (aim for 3)
• Discuss how these theories apply to your age group (think about lifespan)

• A reference list with at least ten scholarly sources (research articles, references on relevant theories, and/or books on the topic)
This is my topic Inquiry Questions for the Research Project Paper.
How does early childhood exposure to religious and spiritual activities influence the socio-emotional development of children between the ages of 3 and 6? This study explores the significant convergence between child growth and the impact of religious or spiritual upbringing. This inquiry is significant for ministries and organizations prioritizing children’s welfare and comprehensive development. Early infancy, from 3 to 6, is a time of significant growth, including socio-emotional development. Empathy, self-regulation, and interpersonal skills develop at this period. Children explore their beliefs and values throughout this time, typically influenced by their environment, including religious or spiritual practices.
