Finding the Right Fit: Holland’s Personality Types and Career Choice

 Holland’s personality-type theory, which suggests that people choose careers that align with their personality traits and interests, aiming for the best fit between who they are and the work they do. He identified six personality types: Realistic, Investigative, Artistic, Social, Enterprising, and Conventional, which help explain why people are drawn to certain professions. Research has shown strong support for these personality types and their influence on career choices.
