This is a research paper on “how to build a resilient organization” is designed to use material we have discussed previously in our lectures and additional assigned reading material and discover other research applicable in order to write a paper on what research indicates is needed to build a resiliency program and why ?
Writer should preferably look at the grading rubric (attatched) prior to writing so you know what is expected for each section of the paper.
Aditionally, this is for a course on stress, behavioral, and mental health in firefighting, so the “resiliency” of the organization in this paper should focus on stress, behavioral, and mental resilence (preferably with firefighters/ organization mentioned).
