Describe a situation you have experienced in your own practice using the terms phenomenon, concept, proposition, and assumption. Explain how specific theory key concepts guide specific nursing actions (e.g., decision-making, clinical judgment, critical thinking). Support your writing with current evidence. Write a reflection on how applying specific caritas processes from Watson’s theory of human caring could have improved or did improve the outcomes of the situation you described. What would you do differently in a future situation? What would you recommend to a nurse dealing with a situation like the one described? Would a different theory be more appropriate? Include an introduction, conclusion, APA-formatted references slide, and detailed speaker notes in your presentation.
