Due: 9/14/2026 @ 6:00PM CST
Your organization (a mid-sized, technology-enabled services organization in a rapidly evolving industry) is undergoing a series of significant changes (such as digital transformation, AI adoption, restructuring, or launching a new product). Your task is to develop a 6-month leadership development plan for one manager selected from a group of highly qualified individuals. This manager will lead the upcoming change initiatives within the organization.
Your development plan must incorporate relevant leadership theories and approaches, support innovation and stakeholder alignment, and use AI tools to personalize training, development, and reflection.
Assessment Preparation
Review the information provided in the Week 4 Sample Data document.

This is the same form, but in a more readable format. You can refer to either one.
Select 1 manager from the Wk 4 Leaders tab.
Assessment Deliverable
Write a 750- to 875-word leadership development plan with clear headings and structure. Use bullet points where appropriate.
Your plan should include the following sections:
- Organizational Change Context:
- Describe the change your chosen leader has been assigned (e.g., digital transformation, AI adoption, restructuring, new product launch).
- Explain how key stakeholders will be affected by the change and what the anticipated resistance might be.
- Explain why strong leadership is critical in this context.
- Leadership Theories:
- Select 2 leadership theories or frameworks (e.g., Kotter’s 8-step change model, ADKAR, Lewin, transformational, servant leadership) relevant to your change context.
- Complete the following for each theory:
- Summarize its core principles.
- Assess its strengths or limitations for your manager’s change scenario.
- Justify why it is or isn’t appropriate.
- Program Components:
- Using an AI tool of your choice, outline 3 key components of your 6-month leadership development program. Each component should be actionable, aligned to the leader’s change context, and tied to the leadership theories you selected. Examples may include (but are not limited to):
- Workshops or learning models aligned to the phases of change
- Coaching or mentoring focused on developing behaviors highlighted by your chosen theories
- Real-time feedback mechanisms (e.g., pulse surveys, 360-degree feedback, AI-enabled coaching alerts)
- Resistance-to-change simulations that give the manager a safe environment to practice applying theories or tactics
- Peer learning or collaborative problem-solving sessions
- AI Integration:
- Use at least 1 AI-powered tool or platform (e.g., Copilot, Humantic AI, Crystal, AI coaching platforms, adaptive learning tools).
- Provide the AI prompts you used (specific to your chosen industry).
- Reflect on the following:
- What value did the AI add?
- What were its limitations?
- How would you combine AI insights with human leadership judgment?
Note: Write in a professional, executive-ready format, and use clear headings and concise language.
