Managing outside the project, the project context is recognised to be an important contributor to the successful management of any project; therefore, it is crucial that project managers recognise the various contributory management functions involved and are able to prioritise them as part of a project portfolio to enhance the integrated approach that can benefit individual projects. Write a cover letter to the Board of Directors presenting your communication strategy that will enhance better integration and effective use of organization’s resources to improve delivery efficiency in the projects. This will require that you identify and critically discuss the three most important aspects of communication that must be managed effectively to ensure the success of the project, and propose your personalized strategies for communication.

Critical awareness of project portfolio context and how contextual issues influence project success. Systematic understanding and identification of the three most important communication aspects . Quality of the critical discussion, including reasoned evaluation and justification for the proposed strategy. Quality of the proposal and cover letter, including the flow, referencing, and the ability to communicate effectively.
