1. (A) Briefly describe wrongful, retaliatory, and constructive discharge, (B) providing one (1) example of each.

2. Describe three (3) differences between wrongful, retaliatory, and constructive discharge.

3. Interview someone (a friend, family member, coworker, etc.) who has been terminated from a job in the past. Would you classify his or her discharge as wrongful, retaliatory, or constructive? Provide two (2) supporting facts. (Note: Please keep the person’s identity anonymous.)
