Personal Case Academic Analysis
The Deliverables:
1. 750 words with an intro/body/conclusion
2. Must include at least 2 outside sources (journal articles or reputable newspaper/magazines) and a references page in APA
3. Paper should encompass what you learned over the course of the semester about your role in an organization. You should focus on one or two specific ‘cases’ happening within the organization. (For example, as a professor at CSULA I could write a case paper on how my role at CSULA changed from an in-class instructor to an online instructor.) USING WHAT YOU LEARNED THIS SEMESTER, explain the PROBLEM, and then as an ORG COMM SCHOLAR OFFER SOLUTIONS to how to IMPROVE YOUR ORGANIZATION.
***If you think your organization is amazing and awesome and you have no critiques, explain how other organizations could learn from yours.***
This is how I want my paper to be about :
I want my paper to be about how I work at a
Grocery store and how I faced sexual harassment at work with another co-worker and I
Want you to connect it to the me too
Movement
When it comes to sexual harassment which we talked about in the workplace it connects to myself because I work in a blue collar field , which I actually got violated where I was in the elevator when one of my colleagues at the time told me to stand on the other side of the elevator where he was at and he forcefully grabbed my face with his two hands making me lean close to him  and tried to make me kiss him but I tried to push him back with every inch of energy left in my body , it made me feel very uncomfortable because I was only 18 at the time and he was way older he was like in his 40s and it just makes me think if he did that to me he probably have done it to other people in my workplace. I was too scared to say  anything Because I got violated and I was young and I didn’t feel like I had anyone to talk to. Honestly, that’s what made me feel very close to the Me movement even though he didn’t kiss me because I had pushed him very hard. I still felt violated because he was going to, and I kept telling him no and to stop. That’s why it’s very important to talk about these things, when it comes to gender in a workplace.
