The way to ensure the above is to make sure you have an analytical aim for the report. Some possibilities are to be able to explain (not describe) why the organization functions the way it does, to be able to explain its success versus its challenges, or to identify strengths and weaknesses in order to offer recommendations for how to improve the organization.
Make sure there is consistency across all 3 frames with the aim (ie. point above). Listening to you all talk about your different sections it was at times clear to extract the aim and sometimes that varied across group members. I recommend listening to your videos, now that they are complete, with this thought in mind in order to come to a group understanding of what you aim to do with the report.
Identifiying strengths/weaknesses in order to offer reommedndation for improvement.
