Topic 2; leading and managing, I have some experience with this, but it is limited. Managing is not something I will undertake. Leadership is something we all do in our everyday nursing practice. We direct the tects, we lead the patients to a better area of health. Leadership is a function we all do in everything we do.
Topic 3; I would not have a clue what to do. Members that are unhappy with a statement that does not effectively change the committee purpose. I would tell them to quit but I am sure that will not be the answer.
Topic 4; Giving good healthcare to patient and keeping the cost in check can be done, by only ordering test that must be done. Only take what you will need for the patients use into the room to lessen waste.
Topic 5; I am not up to date with all the care models so I would need to do a lot of research.
