Use the attached The Inspire Entrust Leadership Model (IEL) information and table of contents to write a research paper based on the application of leadership approaches and theories. The research paper is to be on your own theory, style, or model tied to leadership. You must cite examples and describe the implications the leadership approach has on an organization. This paper should be based on the review of the literature you completed in Modules 3 and 4. A minimum of 15 academic sources (peer-reviewed articles, books, interviews, etc.) need to be used in preparation for writing the paper.
Submission Instructions:
- The paper is to be no shorter than 10 pages nor longer than 12 pages in length. The 10-page minimum does not include the title page, reference page, or any diagrams, graphs, tables, pictures, charts, etc., that are not pure written text. The paper must follow the current APA style (Times New Roman 12-point font, double-spaced, one-inch margins, a title page, and reference page). You will automatically lose points if these limits are not followed.
